The best way to cut hair is wet. By the hair being wet it enables the hair to stretch and you will intern have better control of the hair. Some people however would prefer their hair to be cut dry and that is ok, but it is best to let them know that it may not give and accurate cut.
If you are going to cut the hair dry I would suggest that the hair be completely straight. If you need to I would blow the entire head of hair dry with a comb attachment hair dryer for even distribution.

2. Participate in a greeting service, where people new in your neighborhood get your help on special programs in your neighbor hood that is being offered or your state. Maybe you may even have a national greeting service that assist people.
