The “law of attraction” is a law. It works whether you are consciously applying it or not. Although the concept itself is rather new, it has been applied for centuries by great personalities perhaps unknowingly. Of course, if you understand the law of attraction clearly, then you can use this law to your advantage.
The law of attraction is just about creating reality from your thoughts. It states that whatever you believe in and think about will happen. Reality is formed from the energy you use to focus on your idea. The more energy you put into thinking about that idea, the more you make that idea real. If you really think you are a failure, you will never see opportunities for success. But if you believe you have the ability to succeed, you will also begin to see opportunities at every corner.
The law of attraction will redefine your life if you apply it. First, you have to discover by yourself what you really want. Believe that what you want…what you can see happen will happen. Let that desire move you to make it happen. Understand however that the law of attraction is not about achieving goals, but increasing contentment. For example, if you create a reality where you need more and more money to be happy, you will never find happiness.
People say that the law of attraction basically aligns God, the deity, or a greater cosmic force with your wishes. If you change your energy frequency into positive thoughts, by concentrating on dreams instead of frustrations than you can attract positive things in your life. To actually attract something positive into your life, you must believe that that something will soon be yours.
Now, the law of attraction can be explained in a non-spiritual manner. If you focus on making your goal a reality, you believe that goal is possible. By believing in the possibility, you allow ourselves to take more risks. Because the possibility of the goal consumes your thoughts, you notice opportunities you would usually see. On the negative side of it, if you don’t think you can achieve anything, you blow away all the opportunities that might and could come your way.
If you are having a hard time grasping the concept of “the law of attraction”, it’s just optimism. People who maximize the law of attraction—people who focus on success rather than failure— are optimists. Researchers have proved that optimists are healthier, more successful and basically happier people. So be optimistic! You can change your present reality by changing your thoughts!
