For all customers send them a questionnaire asking for their opinion to improve the services provided. People love to state their opinions. This process will allow for any needed improvements the business may not be aware they need to make.

Donate to charities customers tend to use. The charities can be schools, environmental, or the needy. People like businesses that contribute to the community.

When a customer gets nasty or becomes rude, learn from the experience. Everything in life can be a learning experience. Learn from the incident.

Use the bartering method for services, supplies, or other company expenses. This will allow the saved money to be used for other needed expenses of the company.

Offer an email course with an auto responder attached to the email course. Add an advertisement of the business to imbed into the different people the company information. People retain more of what they see so make the advertisement visual.

Make classified advertisement informative and avoid making it read too much like an advertisement. Avoid chasing prospective customer off by asking them to purchase the product. Include a bonus or gift to customers as a “included with the purchase is.”

Keep the attention of the internet site visitor by making the information interesting and intriguing. Capture the attention and the visit will remain on the site longer, which will most likely cause the person to purchase the product sold.

Update and upgrade all the services and products. Do not fall into the habit of relying on a product that may not be the “latest and greatest” on the market.

Find a sister business who is not a competitor to share the costs of advertising by sharing information on your site with information linked to their site.
