Becoming a great leader a person can be any shape, size race, gender, creed, political view, level of education, or physical features. Listening to others is another quality. Listening to others involves the process of simply listening, which does not mean always following what the other person may suggest. It means allowing others to express fears, thoughts, or concerns. Listening to others also makes the person speaking feel they are important or valued. Once they have expressed themselves, the person is likely to follow the leader due to receiving the respect from being heard.
Finally, to be a great leader, not only in the business world or in the personal lives, connecting or associating with others who share common interests or goals will help improve all situations.
