Customers are stalling more and more each day. If a competitor drops their price they run to them. Like I stated on an earlier post it&#8217;s your job to build credibility with current and new customers through various techniques to ensure that you keep them.

I&#8217;m not telling you to drop your prices, but you should offer something more of high quality value that your competitor isn&#8217;t and it is also a good idea to be friends with your competitor for a better benefit for the customer.
